Produced from a handpicked field blend (80% Mataro, 20% Graciano) grown on the Granite Belt.

After a 2 week wild ferment, the wine was held on skins for 112 days, prior to basket pressing. Matured in French oak for 3 months.

A deep red wine with spicy, savoury and dark fruit flavours.

This wine was minimally filtered and unfined, so a natural, harmless sediment may occur. Vegan friendly.
