Dense, concentrated fruit is highlighted by stewed plums, dark cherries and cola. Give it some time to breathe and the Malbec really takes centre stage. Some earthiness, mushroom broth and delicate fine spices deliver a respectable shade of savoury delight. A wine of comfort and soul, buxom, juicy tannins dry out ever so slowly, delivering a fabulous moreish appeal.
Forget the numbers, this is a killer drink that pulls you in and engages you completely.
